We're Hiring: Account Executive

Chameleon is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with potential and existing clients, understand their business needs, and connect them with the right IT consulting and technology solutions.
What You'll Do
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
* Understand client challenges and collaborate with internal teams to propose the best solutions.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
* Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract discussions.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company growth.
* Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, Business Development, or IT solutions sales (Fresh Graduations are welcome)
* Experience selling IT services, software, or technology solutions is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
