Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and maintain strong relationships.
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate campaign execution to ensure timeline, scope, and KPI alignment.
- Prepare reports and present performance insights to clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support account growth."
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in digital agency or marketing environment.
- Understand digital marketing channels (social, ads, content, influencer).
- Experience handling multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Familiar with project management tools and AI tools; experience exploring agentic AI is a plus.
