Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring successful project execution. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Campaign Coordination: Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
Brief Development: Gather client requirements, create detailed briefs, and ensure alignment between client objectives and agency output.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Proposal & Presentation Development: Assist in preparing pitch decks, reports, and strategic recommendations for clients.
Market & Industry Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Soft Skills:
Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
