We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team.
• Proactively engage in discussions with clients, understanding their needs, and leading internal discussions to develop effective campaign strategies.
• Utilize your experience in activation-based campaigns to lead and support the execution of innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Work closely with the media team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of media strategies with client objectives, excluding PR activities.
• Handle day-to-day tasks such as creating meeting minutes (MOMs), preparing invitations, monitoring project progress, submitting job requests to production (MP), and coordinating with project managers (PM).
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking abilities, proactively identifying opportunities and solutions to overcome challenges.
• Possess basic knowledge or experience in production, PR, event management, or related fields to support activation campaigns effectively.
• Demonstrate willingness and capability to handle campaigns for alcohol brands, adhering to regulatory requirements and client specifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting with a focus on activation campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to develop and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changes in client needs or project requirements.
