Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hydropower and renewable energy sector
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Present hydro turbine products and technical solution to customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to meet client requirements
- Handle negotiations and support contract closing processes
- Follow up on tenders, project inquiries, and sales leads
- Conduct client meetings and occasional site visits
- Monitor sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets
- Understand customer needs related to water flow, turbine capacity, and project efficiency
- Communicate effectively with Tagalog-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Meeting with project owners, corntractors, and clients
- Discussing technical specifications with engineers
- Preparing project cost estimations and proposals
- Following up with potential clients and business partners
- Presenting renewable energy solutions
- Supporting communication with clients or regional partners
Requirements :
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Preferred backgrounds in Technical Sales
- B2B sales experience
- Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
- Ability to explain technical products clearly
- Project coordination and client management
- Proposal and tender preparation
- Good presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
