Responsibility:
1. Research & Analytical Skills
- Conduct market research to identify potential new merchants, events, and exhibitions aligned with the company’s target market.
- Analyze merchant and event profiles, including participants, visitors, and relevant industries.
- Utilize various sources such as the internet, industry associations, social media, and event databases to gather accurate and relevant information.
2. Networking & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and event organizers.
- Actively establish connections with communities and organizations that frequently organize exhibitions and provide merchant referrals.
- Possess strong negotiation skills to secure the best booth locations, competitive pricing, and additional benefits for the company.
3. Communication Skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills when liaising with merchants, event organizers, and internal teams.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and event reports.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional foreign language skills are a plus, especially for international market exposure.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 Years Experienced
- Bachelor Degree in all majors
- Excellent Communication skills and leadership
- Passionate at sales & marketing, sales plan, sales mapping
- Good presentation skills, able to speak fluent about product & business to B2B or B2C
- Must understand using Ms. office or google sheet
- Understand English both at speaking or writing
- Experienced from startup industry is a plus
- Have a lot of networking or customer relationship
- Target oriented & able to work under pressure
- Willing to stay in Jogja, Surabaya, Bali
