Account Executive (Sales)

PT. Industrial Chemitomo Nusantara is a company engaged in the field of industrial products distribution. Our range of products include metal surface treatment chemicals, industrial chemicals, and industrial packaging. We serve many well-known national and multinational manufacturing companies from various sector of industries. Our aim is to keep developing our product range while consistently improving our services for the benefit of our customers, and our strengths are our strong logistics capability supported by our own fleet of trucks and network of warehouses.

Right now, we are looking for a dedicated Account Executive (Sales) to drive our sales efforts and build strong customer relationships. This role is essential for expanding our market presence, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a focus on identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Execute marketing activities to achieve sales targets and maintain and develop the company's market share
• Sell the company's products to meet sales targets
• Carry out customer relations activities to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Preferably Marketing & Communication/ Chemistry / Chemical Engineering)
• Minimum 3 year in Chemicals Sales Role
• Target-oriented
• Has strong Analytical Thinking & Conceptual Thinking
• Fast Learner, Hard Worker and Passion for sales
• Good Presentation, Interpersonal, Communication, and Negotiation Skills
• Having a car driving license (A) and also can driver car
