Job Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential new clients (Merchants, Billers, and Banking Partners).
Prepare business partnership proposals, including supporting documents.
Assess and understand client needs, offering customized payment solutions.
Negotiate successful partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within the fintech sector.
Achieve sales and profitability targets.
Requirements:
Must Have:
Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field, with relevant 3 Years experience in Account Executive roles (Payment Gateway, Merchant Acquisition).
Experience and pipeline with Merchants or Billers.
Background in Fintech, Payment Gateway & Switching.
Excellent approach and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
Ability to transfer existing merchant/biller accounts to SPE.
Project management experience in a full project cycle.
General technical development knowledge.
Experience in banking partnerships is a plus.
