Qualifications :
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related academic area.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially strong in Excel.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Having good knowledge of IT products.
Job Descriptions :
- Learn and develop a strong understanding of MECS products, technical IT solutions, and the e-commerce/digital commerce industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding product and technical-related matters.
- Work closely with the Partnership, Banking, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth collaboration and project implementation.
- Accompany the sales team during client meetings to provide technical product explanations, demonstrations, and consultations.
- Identify client needs, provide appropriate technical solutions, and ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved.
- Handle client inquiries, technical issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular coordination with internal teams, billers, and collecting agents for UAT, migration, integration, and production/go-live activities.
- Support Channel Solution operational activities in monitoring and managing products.
- Monitor service performance and contribute to troubleshooting and issue resolution related to product implementation.
- Prepare and contribute to monthly reports regarding active biller status, migration progress, service performance, and ongoing issues.
