Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related academic area.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially strong in Excel.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Having good knowledge of IT products.
Job Descriptions :
- Act as the main point of contact for all account matters, anticipate client needs, ensure deadlines are met, and help clients succeed.
- Resolve account issues and complaints.
- Work closely with the Partnership and Banking teams to maintain strong collaboration with partners and clients.
- Manage and maintain new and existing accounts.
- Acquire new clients based on targets.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives regularly to team leaders and peers.
- Quickly learn all MECS products, develop a strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital commerce market, and handle client escalations.
- Accompany the sales team for product-related meetings.
- Provide product explanations to customers.
