responsibility:
• Take the ownership of revenue generation: developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, creating and executing account strategies, and closing enterprise-level deals for new, expansion, and renewal bookings.
• Sell both directly and engaging closely with strategic alliance and channel partners
• Comparable software sales experience is necessary to understand quickly the challenges within your assigned named accounts and be able to qualify the leads.
• Effectively communicate the Cyclone value proposition through presentations with the Client and the Partners, leveraging a value selling approach to manage complex sales opportunities and navigate sales cycles with many stakeholders.
• Partner with Customer Success Manager group to ensure customer receives maximum value and expedites customer issues as they arise.
• Has a passion for understanding customer needs and providing feedback to the product and solution team to further the company's position and win more satisfied customers in the region.
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
• Travel to customer/partner sites when necessary.
• Preferably includes 1+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation and/or 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience within the multinational IT industry.
• Solution/value selling experience.
• Successful quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing an enterprise client portfolio is a plus.
• Strong ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership.
• Experience and knowledge of working with channel partners such as “Big 4” advisories and leading System Integrators is a plus.
• Successful track record in coordinating marketing and sales efforts across the globe.
• Communication skill to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders (Mandarin language is a plus).
