Job Overview
Client & Account Support: Support day-to-day client communication and follow-ups to ensure requests and ongoing activities are properly managed.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, monitor project progress, and follow up on deliverables, timelines, and pending tasks.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor client performance across marketplaces and digital marketing channels, and support the team in identifying opportunities and following up on action plans.
Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing performance reports, meeting notes, project updates, and other account-related documentation.
Problem Solving: Help identify operational issues, gather relevant information, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and responsible, with good follow-up and time management skills.
- Analytical thinking and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Interested in digital marketing, e-commerce, and business growth.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and digital platforms, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
