Deskripsi pekerjaan Account Executive for Public Sector Pensieve
- Develop Business - Constantly be in the field hands-on, understanding customer priorities, doing in-depth discovery of priorities, and how Pensieve can add value.
- Account Management - Be structured in how you map the account, decision-makers, and be the primary point of contact, building long-term relationships with customers, become the trusted advisor
- Develop well-structured and written proposals based on in-depth knowledge of customer priorities
- Present our solution and value proposition to customers and partners
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Products and solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product - Proactive engagement, even after the sale
- Collaborate with internal functions such as pre-sales, delivery and product
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computer science/computer engineering or other related fields
- Minimum 3-10 years of proven work experience in a sales hunter role / Account Executive in IT solutions and serving the public sector (B2G)
- Minimum. 5-10 years of proven track record in named or key accounts, business development, account management, solution selling, and value-based selling principles
- IT solution selling experience or understanding of data management platform eco-system is an advantage
- Strong execution skills, a strategic approach, and knowledge of the country's B2G and end-user sectors.
- Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English.

- Strong business acumen - ability to distill challenges
- Extremely strong communicator both in written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Results-oriented and ‘ hands-on’
- Highly organized, able to work independently and lead a team
- Able to thrive in a TUNA (Turbulent, Uncertain, Novel & Ambiguous) environment
- Able to manage own resilience and innovate to manage ambiguity and change
- Self-motivated, self-confident, stress-resistant
