ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - NS FURNITURE

We are looking for a Female Furniture Sales Representative to join our team.
Position
Furniture Sales / Sales Consultant
Candidate Requirements
Female, maximum 30 years old
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia
Previous experience in sales, furniture, retail, or customer service is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented
Good negotiation and closing skills
Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals
Professional appearance and good attitude
Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work according to showroom/business operating hours
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom or through online channels
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget
Explain furniture products, including:
Materials
Dimensions
Colors and designs
Product features
Prices
Promotions
Recommend suitable products to customers
Prepare quotations and sales orders
Negotiate and close sales
Follow up with potential customers via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels
Maintain relationships with existing customers
Handle customer questions and complaints professionally
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams regarding customer orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom
Keep updated on new products, promotions, and furniture trends
