Bhumi Skincare is looking for an Account Executive (E-commerce) to manage and scale our marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should be an expert in daily store management, skilled in executing major promotional campaigns (like 11.11), and highly analytical in monitoring sales metrics (CTR & ROI).
Salary Range: IDR 5,730,000 – IDR 7,000,000 (net)
Incentives: Available Up to Rp. 3.000.000

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in E-commerce/Sales.
- Target-oriented, resilient, and thrives in a KPI-driven environment.
- Familiar with Marketplace Seller Centers and proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills with a professional demeanor.
Responsiblities
- Manage daily shop activities, including updating prices, stock levels, and product descriptions across all platforms.
- Plan and run major sale events (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, and Payday promos) to boost traffic and sales.
- Monitor and report key metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate), Conversion Rates, and Ad ROI.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy and prevent order cancellations.
- Communicate with Marketplace Account Managers to secure special promo slots and features.
- Market analysis to stay up to date with the trend
- Create regular reports on sales data
