Your Role: Account Executive
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively seeking new clients.
Develop new business and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Visiting agent property around Bandung based on a weekly target, showcasing our products and services.
Demonstrating the ability to effectively negotiate deals and close sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of clients and potential leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Taking responsibility for the administration process, including submitting, verifying, and updating client information in the database.
What We're Looking For:
1–2 years in Sales or Fresh Graduates with a strong desire to learn and a high level of resilience are welcome to apply.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Proficiency in using digital tools, mobile apps, and CRM systems to manage your daily tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client connections.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Possession of a valid driver's license and their own vehicle (preferably a motorcycle) for travel purposes.
