Role Description The Account Executive & Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Kecamatan Serpong Utara.
- This role is responsible for managing client accounts, including day-to-day communication, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- The position involves planning and executing campaigns or projects, preparing proposals and presentations, and monitoring performance against targets.
- The Account Executive & Planner will collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, gather data for reporting, and identify opportunities to grow business with existing and new clients.
- The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong account management skills, including client communication, relationship building, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in planning and executing campaigns or projects, with the ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in basic business and financial concepts, such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using data and insights to support decisions and recommendations.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in en_US, with attention to detail in documentation and presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Kecamatan Serpong Utara, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital commerce, marketing, or related industries is advantageous.
