📌 Job Description:
• Supporting Senior Staff: Assisting with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
• Data Management: Preparing and analysing reports, data, and presentations.
• Administrative Duties: Coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Working with various teams to optimize workflows and contribute to organizational goals
✅ Requirements:
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in sales, field sales, or business development is a plus.
• Experience in fintech, PPOB, or telco industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Able to work under target pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to travel (for field sales roles) and meet clients onsite.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
• Basic knowledge of digital payments or fintech services is a plus.
