QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in agency/creative/production (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Understanding of creative processes (content, production, digital)
- Confident in client-facing situations and presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good negotiation and strategic thinking skills
- Proactive, responsive, and responsible
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / Canva
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs
- Prepare proposals, briefs, and client presentations
- Develop timelines and ensure deliverables are on schedule
- Coordinate project needs with internal teams (shooting, design, AI, etc.)
- Oversee projects from pre-production to post-production
- Manage revisions and ensure outputs meet client expectations
- Maintain quality aligned with company and brand standards
- Negotiate scope, timeline, and budget with clients
- Identify upselling and additional service opportunities
- Handle daily client communication (updates, feedback, revisions)
- Monitor project performance (deadlines, workload, efficiency)
- Maintain client relationships for retention and repeat business
- Manage client database and project history
