Deskripsi pekerjaan Account Director - ID Getcraft
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management in agencies / media / advertising / B2B SaaS
- Goal oriented as you will have revenue growth target
- A strong team player and excited to work in a startup environment
- Take pride in not simply selling but helping your clients become successful
- Highly organized and a strong coordinator with project management experience
- Help the company achieve its overall client side revenue targets from both growing the existing Client base and from new business
- Help ensure your Account Team achieve all the revenue target & sales operational targets
- Lead and supervise closely your Sales Team to ensure they hit their revenue target from new business
- Supervise seamless project handover from Sales Team to Account Team to ensure delivery and client handling for future business growth
- Run Client relationship management and development work to keep the Client’s retention rate high, i.e. through Quarterly Business Review, Marketing Training, Platform Training.
- Help train your Account Team so they are confident on both using & presenting our tech solution and creative network to clients
- Work closely with VP Sales & Country Heads to up-skill & strengthen your Account Team to become the best in class marketing consultants
- Work closely with the Strategy Team when needed to build high level business / strategy proposals that allow you to successfully upsell our solutions to your existing clients.
- Help craft what our solutions will look like for your key clients/agencies
- Work closely with the VP Network to ensure the Production Team & GetCraft Network can deliver the solutions your clients are looking for
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure all new businesses won have seamless handover, so you can run strong delivery and client handling for future business growth
