Smart Parents Network is an advertising agency focused on the development of family influencers in Indonesia, including mom influencers, dad influencers, and kids influencers. With a total of 12,000 influencer members within our network, we are confident in our ability to be part of the solution for brands to achieve their various objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to execution.
- Analyze client performance to identify gaps and pitch strategic add-ons that drive both client success and company revenue.
- Oversee daily operations of Account and Project teams, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards and timelines.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews for all team members.
- Act as the final gatekeeper for all deliverables and the primary escalation point for complex client issues or internal conflicts.
- Strategically delegate assignments based on team capacity to maximize productivity and prevent burnout.
- Actively identify and resolve operational gaps between internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow efficiency.
- Proactively develop and implement long-term strategies for team development, process optimization, and departmental scaling to ensure the team's sustainability and the company's competitive edge.
- Continuously evaluate current company workflows and propose innovative solutions or tools to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Lead the team through project shifts or organizational changes with a proactive mindset, ensuring morale remains high and objectives stay aligned with the company’s vision.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Digital Agency, KOL Agency, or Media Advertising environment.
- Proven track record (min. 2 years) in a leadership or managerial role, specifically overseeing Account and Project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team of account executives and project coordinators to achieve high-performance results.
- Experience in setting departmental KPIs, conducting formal performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Proven track record of success in handling high-profile clients, maintaining long-term accounts, and delivering campaigns that consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
- Strong ability to navigate difficult client conversations and lead complex negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proven ability to not only retain key accounts but also grow them through strategic service expansions and successful campaign renewals.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to "command a room" during high-level presentations.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) and available to join ASAP
