- Prepare monthly staff claims and commissions for payroll purpose
- Handle receipts, sales invoices, payments, claims, and record in the accounting system on a timely basis
- Assist all accounting process
- Support and liaise with internal and external parties as needed
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute agendas and minutes for meetings
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with the preparation of reports, quotations, and invoices
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain office equipment and ensure they are in good working condition
- Manage office security and access control
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Support the HR department in recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and payroll
- Liaise with external service providers and vendors
- Manage office facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and security services
- Organize company events and functions
- Handle office administrative and general affairs tasks as assigned
- Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a medium-sized organization
- Have a good understanding of project implementation and management for OT and IT systems in the manufacturing floor Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, CRM software, etc.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
