The Account & E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of e-commerce operations, including managing online marketplace presence, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and maintaining key account relationships. This role involves conducting business analysis, preparing performance reports, and implementing business planning initiatives to drive growth. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, support business development efforts, and negotiate favorable terms with partners and clients. Additionally, they will be tasked with data entry, monitoring market trends, and ensuring sustainable business practices across all platforms.
We are looking for candidates who hold an Associate Degree and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, business management, or related fields. Strong skills in sustainability, data entry, business analysis, digital marketing, teamwork, marketplace operations, business development, key account management, negotiation, Microsoft Office, and business planning are essential.
