- Administrative Duties
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and supporting documents
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Follow up on client documents and deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members
- Support project administration and reporting
- Assist with data entry and document processing
- Accounting Duties
- Handle bookkeeping and accounting data entry
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end closing
- Use accounting software such as Xero
- Resume need to be in english
- Must able to speak and write in english
- Must able to use canva,, microsoft office
