Responsibilities:
- Scout and onboard new KOLs (inbound & outbound)
- Maintain and update KOL database (profiles, contacts, ratecards)
- Develop detailed KOL profiling and monitor performance
- Create, update, and recalibrate KOL ratecards
- Ensure alignment between KOLs and brand requirements
- Support pre-locking process and handle initial KOL inquiries
- Track and report KOL acquisition metrics (contacted, rejected, onboarded)
Qualifications:
- Strong interest and understanding of influencer marketing and digital campaigns
- Proven negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue and targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure
- Passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and fashion industries
- Up-to-date with social media trends and creator landscapes
- Experience handling KOLs or influencer relations is a plus
- Available to join immediately and work in a hybrid setup (Jakarta Barat)
