Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations for garment accessories (buttons, zippers, labels, trims, etc.)
- Ensure all materials are received, stored, and issued accurately to production
- Control inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess stock
- Coordinate closely with PPIC, cutting, sewing, and merchandising teams
- Conduct regular stock opname and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of accessories
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity and discipline
- Monitor incoming shipments and verify packing lists and delivery documents
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOP
- Support production needs by ensuring on-time material availability
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in garment/apparel industry
- At least 1–2 years experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong knowledge of garment accessories and production flow
- Familiar with inventory systems (Excel, ERP, or WMS)
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Able to manage fast-paced production support environment
