Academic Partnership Intern Job Description
Overview:
As an Academic Partnership Intern, your mission will be to help us build meaningful connections with universities and campuses, opening doors for internship collaboration and talent pipeline initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential universities, faculties, and career centers to partner with.
- Initiate outreach and build connections with university representatives for internship and talent collaboration.
- Support the creation of proposals and decks for internship programs and campus collaboration.
- Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings or info sessions with universities.
- Maintain a contact database and track progress on all outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related fields).
- Strong communication skills — you know how to write a warm, clear, and confident email that gets replies. ✨
- Confidence in reaching out to new people and starting professional conversations.
- Organized and great with tracking follow-ups and details.
- Eager to learn and excited about helping others find meaningful career paths.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a cozy, supportive team.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic communication tools like email or LinkedIn.
- Nice to Have: Experience in student organizations or university projects is a big bonus! and Familiarity with campus career services or internship programs is a plus.
