Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily academic operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain student records, attendance, grades, and academic documentation accurately.
- Assist in scheduling classes, examinations, workshops, and academic events.
- Support instructors and academic staff with course administration and learning materials.
- Monitor student academic progress and provide administrative support when needed.
- Handle student inquiries regarding academic policies, schedules, and programs.
- Prepare academic reports, certificates, transcripts, and other related documents.
- Ensure compliance with academic standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to support student activities, internships, and academic projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and institutional information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic administration, education, training, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital administration systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment.
