- Planning, developing, and implementing new curriculum programs while monitoring existing programs to ensure they are effective.
- Administering and coordinating academic programs, such as designing curriculum
- Creating teaching materials to support teachers in delivering the curriculum.
- Developing instructional materials such as textbooks, workbooks, CDs, DVDs, computer software programs, etc. for use in classrooms.
- Developing assessment tools to measure student progress towards achieving academic goals.
- Overseeing all aspects of curriculum development from start to finish.
- Conducting staff development workshops to help teachers improve their teaching skills.
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, parents, and other community members to develop the best possible curriculum for students.
- Conducting ongoing evaluations of existing curriculum programs to ensure they are effective.
- Conducting research and publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals or other publications to identify trends in disciplines or topics related to their field of study.
- Participating in school processes such as serving on committees or attending meetings.
- Providing administrative support services such as accounting, billing, and payroll processing.
- Overseeing admissions processes and procedures to ensure that all students meet admissions standards.
- Developing and implementing academic policies, procedures, and standards for school members and students to follow.
- Reviewing student records to ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and standards.
- Working with students individually or in groups to help them succeed academically.
- Determining appropriate course load based on a student’s academic history and ability level.
- Have a Master degree in Education field or relevant field is a must.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, which involved developing a curriculum.
- Fluent in English will be a MUST.
- Familiar with international curriculum (Cambridge, IB, or other) is a MUST
- Have strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate with and inspire children.
- Dedicated interest in children’s education and creating the best learning environment.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
- Ability to work well with others.

- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Good organizational and verbal communication skills.

- Willing to be placed in PIK 2
- Can join this year or next academic year (2023/2024)
