Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Perform product assembly processes based on technical drawings and work instructions.
- Ensure all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and applicable quality standards.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet defined specifications.
- Complete and maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards within the production and cleanroom areas.
- Report any deviations, non-conformities, or equipment malfunctions to the Production Supervisor.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP); knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage.
- Good documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work in shifts if required.
- Fit and able to work in a controlled/cleanroom environment.
- Non-smoker (mandatory requirement).
