The Trainee will be an active member of the Wealth and Financial Planning Team, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The program aims to provide comprehensive, hands-on experience and training to prepare the individual for a potential transition into a full-time role within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the team with daily operational duties and departmental tasks.
Contribute to key team projects, taking ownership of smaller, defined components.
Perform administrative duties, such as drafting reports, creating presentations, and conducting market research.
Participate actively in all seminars, workshops, and induction programs.
Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business challenges and projects.
Take advantage of a role rotation plan to gain a holistic view of the company and various functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance).
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common organizational goals.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally, including clients or professional partners.
Develop and deliver presentations on project findings or business recommendations.
