Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Manage the relationship with Land, Air and Sea third-party logistics (3PL) partners, including the onboarding process and ongoing account management
- Conduct daily monitoring to review the performance and address operational issues of Land, Air and Sea vendors
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to evaluate operational performance
- Calculate claims and penalties based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contract agreements
- Process and manage claims related to lost items, damages, and service level achievements, including penalty or settlement mechanisms
- Recapitulate vendor data into performance metrics and provide operational insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate and align with internal teams, including operations and finance teams
Persyaratan:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), or supply chain fields
- Experience in claim handling or vendor management will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and numbers
- High attention to detail and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and Looker Studio
- Understand of end-to-end transport delivery operations will be an advantage
