Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a 3D artist in game development (Fresh graduates with strong 3D skills and a solid portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in modeling, rigging, and animating 3D assets (3D generalist).
- Experience with 3D asset creation tools (Blender, Autodesk Maya, etc.).
- Ability to create isometric assets.
- Proficiency in working with shader tools to achieve various visual effects (experience with cel-shaded or anime-style shaders is a plus).
- Strong understanding of proportion, perspective, and composition.
- User Interface (UI) design skills are a plus.
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to consistently meet deadlines, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 3D assets for environments, characters, and animations.
- Contribute artistic input to improve the overall visual quality of the game.
