Karvi is a fine jewellery brand specialising in bespoke wedding, engagement, and fine diamond pieces. We are dedicated to crafting timeless, modern-day heirlooms that reflect individuality and are cherished for generations. We're looking for an Account Executive who genuinely loves people, can build trust quickly, and knows how to turn a first inquiry into a lifelong relationship.
Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
1. Be the first and main point of contact for clients — from first inquiry through to delivery
2. Meet clients in person and virtually to understand what they're looking for and guide them through the bespoke journey
3. Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat purchases
4. Coordinate with our production team to keep projects on track and clients informed
5. Represent Karvi with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
Requirements:
1. 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
2. Background in retail, fashion, or luxury lifestyle is a strong advantage
3. Warm and confident communicator — people feel at ease with you quickly
4. Highly organised, proactive, and composed under pressure
5. Genuine interest in jewellery, weddings, or luxury lifestyle
