Responsibilities
Manage lifecycle of multiple types of projects (custom demo, implementation) across all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, and hand-over closure
Enforce and improve the working process among PM teams and others (Customer Success, Operations, Product, etc.)
Assemble client's requirements to turn into executable project plans with well-defined, measurable, and attainable objectives
Collaborate with Interior Designer, Planning and Customer Success team to ensure work clarification, timeline and deliverables
Estimate and manage the project team resources
Build and engage strong relationships with clients, manage stakeholder expectations
Forecast, identify project risks and propose resolutions
Explore industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
Update progress status on a consistent basis using project management tools (AirTable, Hubspot, Google Spreadsheet / Drive)
Requirements
1+ year demonstrated experience in Project Management or 2+ years in relevant positions
Bachelor in Business Administration or Interior Designer or Information Technology or relevant
Possess a strong understanding of project management and related methodologies
Fast learner - must be able to become an expert on the Design platform within a week!
Amazing attention to detail
Strong ownership, willingness to take initiative, hard-working and self-motivated to work under minimal supervision
Have strong analytical, organization, interpersonal skills, and extremely resourceful
Knowledge / Experience in Interior Design and / or Construction is a big plus
