Deskripsi pekerjaan Talent Management Officer (YPUP) President University
We are looking for a Talent Management Officer to support talent assessment, performance management, and employee development across the Foundation and its educational institutions. This role works closely with HR teams and institutional leaders to strengthen the capabilities of academic and non-academic employees.
Job Description
1. Support the development and implementation of talent management programs aligned with the Foundation’s strategic objectives and institutional needs.
2. Conduct job analysis and assist in developing job descriptions, competency frameworks, and competency requirements for academic and non-academic positions.
3. Coordinate talent assessments, including assessment schedules, participant communication, vendor coordination, and assessment documentation.
4. Support talent mapping by consolidating performance, competency, and potential data to identify talent strengths, development needs, and readiness for future roles.
5. Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, including objective setting, evaluation schedules, result consolidation, and follow-up on development priorities.
6. Identify learning needs and coordinate training, coaching, and other development initiatives; monitor participation and evaluate program effectiveness.
7. Assist in preparing individual development plans, career development initiatives, and succession plans in collaboration with HR teams and institutional leaders.
8. Maintain accurate and confidential talent records, prepare reports and presentations, and recommend improvements to talent management processes.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Maste's degree in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational Psychology).
2. At least 1–3 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, learning and development.
3. Experience in an education foundation, university, or school environment is an advantage.
4. Understanding of competency frameworks, performance management, talent assessment, employee development, and succession planning.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret employee data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HR information systems is an advantage.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively in Indonesian and English.
8. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional integrity, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
