IT Security Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

PT Nextgen Inovasi Indonesia is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an IT Security Engineer, focusing on IT infrastructure monitoring, security operations, and incident detection.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and security systems to ensure availability and stability.
• Identify, analyze, and report infrastructure alerts, security threats, and potential incidents.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain monitoring logs, incident reports, and operational documentation.
• Support 24/7 infrastructure monitoring operations through a rotating shift schedule.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IT security fundamentals and monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment, with a maximum of 40 working hours per week.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Candidates residing in Tangerang City, South Tangerang, or West Jakarta will be given preference.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
