- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): purchasing, negotiation, accurate, warehouse, ppic
- 30 years old Maximum.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Sophisticated digital literacy on MS Office and accounting software (Jurnal.id) and databases
- Familiar with warehouse management system
- Have a good negotiation skill.
- Have good knowledge about inventory system, planning and control
- Problem-solving skills, ex: strategic thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and mindset to identify risks.
- Have a good skill in organizing administrative jobs.
- Compliance to regulations, Discipline, and High Responsibility
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, hardworking & strong leadership skill as well as being an active team member.
- Honest, creative, proactive, enthusiastic and very high work ethic, willing to share new ideas, attractive, excellent organizational, strong communication skill, and time-management skills.
- Search & analyze the right prospective vendor/supplier for the purchase of goods/services.
- Follow up and negotiate prices according to quality standards.
- Coordinate with both vendor and warehouse about the schedule and number of goods being ordered.
- Making weekly/monthly stock monitoring analysis reports.
- Mastering MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Make a purchase Requisition based on the consideration of Safety stock & Warehouse capacity, Material Availability Lead time & Daily Production Consumption
- Coordinate & follow up with related departments (Procurement, QC, etc.) in the provision of raw & supporting materials necessary for the smooth running of the production process.
- Make a stock mutation report & evaluate the remaining stock at the end of the month
- Create PO (search for offers, tabulate)
- Coordinating and negotiating with suppliers regarding the goods needed by the company
- Search and purchase goods according to the required specifications.
- Compile a list of purchases of goods needed by the company into a Purchase Order (separate between urgent items and stock items)
- Analyze the offers (price, features, services, etc.) that most benefit the company
- Manage purchase administration (purchase order process, invoice process, etc.)
- Manage administration and documentation of goods receipt (local/import)
- Able to coordinate well with all divisions/departments related to requests for procurement of goods/services
- Complete tasks given by Superior, etc.
