1. Participants understand the differences between each type of companies (e.g. Startup and Corporate)
2. Participants understand how to define their capabilities to decide which company fit to them
3. Participants understand how to determine their work goals, career development target, and compensation needs to decide which company fit to them
4. Participants understand how to determine the identity and work environment of the company that suits them (e.g. company reputation, about the company, company achievement, size, and culture)
5. Participants understand how to approach the company
