Started my career as a Customer Experience associate intern in ShopBack Indonesia. ShopBack is a Singaporean-headed e-commerce startup that utilises the cashback reward program. It allows online shoppers to take a portion of their cash back when they buy products through the service. They also provide discount coupons and voucher codes for online shopping. After I finished my internship as a Customer Experience associate intern, I got an offer to try a new opportunity as a Search Engine Optimizer in ShopBack Indonesia. A year since I became an SEO in ShopBack Indonesia, I found a new challenge as a Search Engine Optimizer in Tokopedia. Tokopedia (www.tokopedia.com), which is owned by PT Tokopedia, is an internet company that allows individuals and business owners in Indonesia to open and manage their own online stores easily and for free. Tokopedia provides a better online selling experience to the sellers, so that the sellers can provide a better online shopping experience to their customers. 2 years building and leading Tokopedia digital & fintech SEO development, by learning and working with various team in Tokopedia, I thought that moving into product management will help me to get a broader perspective of product development, hence I moved to Blibli as a product manager handling marketing technology to help the business improve the online presence.
