EXPERIENCE BRAND MARKETING MANAGER ------- redBus is the world's largest bus online ticketing platform. Started as startup in India, redBus is now available in Indonesia and 5 other countries in Asia and South America. * Building Traction to Build the Business Develop the right marketing mix, packaged in the form of campaigns and communication strategy to generate demand and increase transactions on every funnel of the app. I have successfully initiated several campaigns: Cart Abandonment Campaign, Wallet Warm-up, Return Trip Campaign and some tactical/seasonal campaigns namely Promo Merdeka77rb, Promo Nge-GAS 9.9, and Promo SULTAN Di Akhir Bulan. One the best achieving promo I created was the Promo Merdeka77rb which resulted in 14.8% increase in number of transactions and 12% increase in app installs using only social media as promotion channel. * Building the redBus Brand in Indonesia Set clear brand positioning for redBus and make sure it is well-communicated. A lot initiations were started to boost awareness, both online and offline. I developed the brand positioning campaign #PastiCusPastiredBus, prepared the Go-To-Market Strategy to escalate the campaign, including creative ideation, media placement, budgeting and execution. Apart from leading the brand campaign, I have also been targeted to grow redBus' social media and community base, working with KOL, partners, and other stakeholders through campaigns or online activation to increase number of followers/members. * Managing Daily Tasks of Branding Create editorial plan for redBus' social media, daily app push notifications, and EDMs. In addition, I act as the social media admin, in which I have to upload the materials on redBus' account, also working with the CLM team to make sure the push notifications and are sent to users.

* Brand Building Building the Citilink brand by developing end-to-end, 360° marketing campaigns and activations. Starting from creative ideation, planning the Go-To-Market strategy, working closely with related stakeholders (Agency, Partners, Product Owners, KOL, etc), leading the execution all the way to evaluating campaign performance and reporting to the Management. Some of my notable works for Citilink include the Citilink Juniverse, Anak Airline Series, #KiniSaatnya thematic campaign which resulted in 48% increase in average impressions on Citilink's organic channel without any help of paid promotions. * Brand Guardian Helping Citilink increase its brand equity by maintaining consistency on every product/service/activation initiated, keeping the brand promise in the eyes of consumers. Create standardizations, guidelines, and improving the consumers' flow of experience with Citilink.

* Brand Campaign & Activation Lead In charge of leading the execution of Garuda Indonesia's product marketing, brand campaigns and activations. Work closely with related stakeholders, create Go-To-Market strategy, execution, performance evaluations and reports. Some of my notable works for Garuda Indonesia are GA Back to 70's in 2018 and the new Safety Video of Garuda Indonesia which was launched in 2019. Having in mind that Garuda Indonesia is the national flag carrier, I successfully promoted the beauty of Indonesia, the warmth of Indonesian hospitality, mixing it with the excellent services and safety standard of Garuda Indonesia resulting in the GA's record-breaking number of total impressions from a campaign video.

PT GARUDA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK ------- * Account Manager for Corporate Clients Maintain and nurture corporate clients of Garuda Indonesia Batam & Riau Islands branch. My biggest achievement was being able to increase the revenue performance from 0% achievement in 2015 to 121% in 2017 and continuously exceed the given target in two consecutive years. Apart from developing the current client, I also had to expand the client base and find new potential corporate clients for Garuda Indonesia. I managed to add total 52 new and performing clients in the span of 2 years. * Account Manager for Travel Agents Building the indirect channels of Garuda Indonesia (travel agents), helping them to grow their business while growing the Garuda Indonesia's revenue performance simultaneously. My biggest achievement was being able to increase the aggregate indirect channel revenue performance by 54% and added total 22 new agents in a year. * Growing the Business Create hard-selling programs for corporate clients, travel agents, as well as Garuda Indonesia's owned ticketing office to help boost sales at each channel with a limited budget. I also had to identify potential products (route) to be opened for sale based on research and competitor data analysis. * Marketing and Partnerships Create local marketing campaigns and activations within the branch area to help boost the performance of my own-designed hard-selling programs. In addition, I identified the potential partnership with other brands to support my programs, approach the partners and other related stakeholders (creative design team, media, vendor) then lead the execution of each program.
