Farhanah Fitria Mustari is a hard-working woman interested in human and organizational empowerment. She has a vision and mission in life to spread kindness to others; Farhanah started in her comfort zone by establishing a non-profit organization called the Yayasan Teman Saling Berbagi (YTSB). Through Teman Saling Berbagi Foundation (YTSB), built-in 2018, Farhanah always believes that this organization can encourage every individual and community to become the best version of themselves. She has spent more than four years until now for studying the importance of empathy, compassion, self-development, and positive communication. She is also the author of two books (Kamu adalah Doa Diam-Diam and #Saling BukanSilang) and has actively become the trainer/national speaker in several platforms such as Qubisa, Lifevitae, Toko Ilmu, TipTip, Tempo Institute and others. With experience as an educator and leader in the non-formal sector and a spokesperson at various events, Farhanah opens up opportunities for collaboration and further discussion.
