Job Description:

- Recommend, serve, and pair wines professionally based on guests’ preferences.

- Maintain and organize the wine cellar, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation.

- Conduct regular wine inventory and update the wine list as needed.

- Support wine promotions, tastings, and training sessions for staff.

- Ensure excellent guest experience and compliance with service standards.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

- Previous experience as a Wine Butler, Sommelier, or in F&B service.

- Strong knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and pairing principles.

- Certification in Wine Studies (e.g., WSET Level 2 or higher) is an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
