Job description for Windows Infrastructure Engineer at Unison Consulting
- 10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, preferably in Insurance / Financial Services environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
- Strong experience in VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter administration.
- Experience in production support or Site Reliability / Operations environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing critical incidents and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in scripting / automation using PowerShell preferred.
- Presentation and documentation skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Key Stakeholders: Infrastructure Operations, Cloud CoE, Engineering, Internal / External IA, Tech Risk and Business
