Job Responsibilities :

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead).

Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.

Align components using calipers, rulers, clamps, etc., and tack-weld parts.

Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.

Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and other skilled tradespeople on job sites for fabrication, installation and testing

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Job Requirements :

Proven experience as a welder in the construction or heavy industry sector.

Proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to wear protective clothing (goggles, gloves, etc.).

Certification in welding from a recognized institution

Basic English

CSOC / WAH / Boom lift / Lifting Supervisor / Rigger Signal certificate will be advantageous
