• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp450,000 per bulan

🏗️ Receiving & Inspection

• Receive all incoming building materials and civil equipment delivered to the project site.

• Verify quantity and quality of materials against the Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO).

• Conduct physical inspections of materials (dimensions, specifications, packaging condition, and possible damage during shipment).

• Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor and Procurement Team.

• Ensure all supporting documents (DO, invoice, packing list, etc.) are complete and properly filed.

🧱 Material Handling & Storage

• Arrange and categorize materials properly in the warehouse or laydown area (steel, cement, sand, pipes, wood, paint, hand tools, etc.).

• Ensure that all materials are stored safely and in suitable conditions (e.g., moisture-sensitive or flammable materials).

• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) for all stored materials.

• Monitor stock levels of critical materials and report when nearing minimum levels.

📋 Documentation & Reporting

• Record all incoming and outgoing materials accurately in the stock control system or daily log sheet.

• Prepare daily Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) and submit to the relevant department.

• Support monthly inventory checks and audit activities.

🚚 Coordination

• Coordinate with the Procurement, Engineering, and Site Teams regarding material delivery schedules and storage requirements.

• Liaise with transporters and suppliers for smooth unloading and documentation handover.

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring material availability aligns with construction progress.
