Job Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the smooth operations and maintenance of the warehouse
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and ensure high level of stock accuracy
• Monitor and maintain proper stock arrangement, storage practices, and warehouse housekeeping
• Perform monthly stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Update and maintain inventory records accurately in the system/server
• Oversee receiving, checking, and verification of incoming shipments and delivery documents
• Coordinate packing, distribution, and delivery arrangements according to operational requirements
• Ensure proper handling and storage of high-value products and sensitive inventory
• Supervise daily warehouse activities and ensure all timelines and operational requirements are met
• Coordinate closely with outlets, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments regarding stock movement
• Lead and guide warehouse assistants and support overall team efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal inventory procedures and operational standards
• Assist Management in improving warehouse workflow, organization, and operational processes
• Prepare reports and maintain proper filing/documentation of warehouse records
• Any other duties assigned by Management

Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
• Experience in supervising warehouse operations or small warehouse teams preferred
• Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Possess forklift license and/or Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
