·         周一至周五Monday – Friday：9:00am – 6pm

·         周六 Saturday : 2 – 6pm

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations including receiving goods, stock management, issuing items to delivery teams, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. This role requires discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks.
我们诚聘仓库助理，协助日常仓库运作，包括收货、库存管理、发货给运输团队，以及保持仓库环境整洁与安全。本职位需要自律、注重细节，并能胜任体力工作。

Key Responsibilities 主要工作内容

·         Be familiar with Hiap Giap’s range of products.
熟悉协业的产品种类与系列。

·         Receive finished products from Production and external vendors.
接收生产部和供应商提交的货物。

·         Issue and transfer goods to delivery team according to orders.
按订单发货并分配给运输团队。

·         Monitor raw material usage and update records accurately.
监控原材料使用情况并准确记录。

·         Update warehouse software system for stock movement.
在仓库管理系统中更新库存数据。

·         Arrange inventory according to FIFO (First-in-First-out) to ensure smooth transactions.
按照先进先出原则整理库存，确保进出货顺畅。

·         Handle special sales orders requiring uncommon recipe or packaging.
处理需要非常规配方或包装的特殊订单。

·         Assist walk-in customers with direct sales orders.
接待无预约客户并处理现场订单。

·         Operate and maintain reach truck for warehouse logistics.
操作并维护前移式叉车。

·         Maintain compliance with ISO22000 system and 6S housekeeping.
遵循 ISO22000 体系并执行 6S 整理标准。

·         Ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse at all times.
保持仓库环境的清洁与整齐。

Required Skills & Competencies 必备技能与能力

·         Familiar with warehouse processes and inventory flow.
熟悉仓库运作与库存流程。

·         Able to update data accurately in warehousing systems.
能在仓库系统中准确输入数据。

·         Knowledge in operating reach trucks or willing to be trained.
熟悉前移式叉车操作或愿意接受培训。

·         Basic ability to read and speak Chinese; knowledge of English and Malay is an advantage.
能阅读与使用基本中文，懂英文和马来文者优先。

·         Able to stand for long hours and carry up to 25kg load.
能长时间站立并能搬运最高 25 公斤物品。

·         Able to work overtime and on public holidays when required.
能在需要时配合加班及公共假日工作。
