About the role

We are looking for a part-time Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Hi-Ace Contract Services' facility in the Changi South Region. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehousing, storage and distribution operations within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industries.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming goods and materials

Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching outgoing orders

Maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse environment

Assisting with stock taking and inventory management

Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently

Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Supporting the overall smooth running of the warehouse operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role

Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A proactive and collaborative approach to work
