• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

Qualification :

• Currently located in Bali
• Fluent in English & Indonesia
• Hospitality school preferred
• Maximum of age 28 years old
• Minimum of 1 year in the same position
• Well groomed & disciplin
• Fun personality & outgoing person
• Able to work in shift

Job Description :

• Waiter/Waitress have to be able to speak English efficiently, possess a positive attitude, friendly, and smile to all customer as she will be our front line to ensure an enjoyable experience at Swingers.
• Should be fully aware of all available menus and it’s price, and use that knowledge to make interesting recommendations. This includes food and drink options.
• Should know details of food and drinks, such as specific ingredients, style of preparation, possible substitutions, source of ingredients, and awareness of any food restriction concerns.
• Ensure knowledge of food and beverage special seasonal menu, offers, and promotion
• Good knowledge of cocktail, wine and beer selection
• Waitresses will communicate effectively ensuring that orders are sent without any errors and in a timely fashion. One thing that will set Swingers apart from other establishments is our ability to offer a recommended dish as well as a recommended beverage.
• Waitresses/Waiter will know how to effectively add on items such as after-meal cocktails, desserts, and shots.
• Take customer food and beverage order and input it to the point-of-sales system
• Need to communicate with kitchen employees/chef regarding any special preferences/allergy
• Replenish beverages and ensure customer satisfaction
• Should clean table as soon as the customer finished, ensuring the area is clear
• Ensure the serving station is well-stocked at all time
• Accurately total, process, and collect payment from customers using point-of-sales system
• Should know basic cashiering procedures like handling money, processing debit and credit cards, processing discount voucher, gift certificate, membership cards if any
• Waiter/Waitress will adhere to Swinger’s uniform, hygiene, and grooming standards. A clean uniform and presentable appearance is a must for every shift.
• Establish rapport with customers to build loyal and satisfied customer without failing to be professional at all time.
• Swingers waitresses will have assigned tables in which she is able to earn and keep her own tips. This is separate from service charge. They will respect other waitresses in their efforts to service their own tables well and make their own tips. That being said, waitresses will also help each other when needed. Hot food and beverages need to be served hot, and cold ones cold. They will need to help each other at times to support the ultimate goal of our customers receiving quality service.
• Waiter/Waitress will adhere to the service standards she has been taught and has successfully demonstrated to the general manager. Friends, family members, and partners will not linger in the establishment if their presence is affecting an employee's productivity.
